    CK64系列數(shù)控端面車床，機(jī)床主軸采用雙列圓柱磙子軸承結(jié)構(gòu)，使主軸系統(tǒng)具有高剛性和良好的精度保持性。主軸轉(zhuǎn)速由交流變頻電機(jī)或伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動，可實(shí)現(xiàn)檔內(nèi)無級調(diào)速，傳動扭矩大。床身導(dǎo)軌采用雙/三矩形結(jié)構(gòu)，跨距大、剛性好，適宜于低速重載切削。間歇式集中潤滑使機(jī)床維護(hù)更加方便。數(shù)控系統(tǒng)根據(jù)客戶需求選配。本機(jī)床采用機(jī)電一體化設(shè)計，加工柔性好，可用于各種輪胎模具及大平面盤類、環(huán)類零件的車削，能夠車削各種零件的內(nèi)外圓柱面、端面、圓弧等成型表面。本機(jī)床承載能力大、剛性強(qiáng)、外形美觀、操作方便，是加工各種輪胎模具及大平面盤類、環(huán)類零件的理想設(shè)備。

    CK64 series end face CNC Lathe, The machine spindle adopts double-rows roller bearings, which makes the spindle has high rigidity and accuracy. The spindle speed is driven by the AC frequency motre and servo motor to realize stepless speed regulation with large transmission torque. The machine bed guide rails adopt dual/triple rectangle structures with big spacing distance and high rigidity, which is specially used for low speed heavy duty cuttings. Batch-type centralization lubrication make the machine maintenance more easier.  The CNC Control System can be selected according to customer’s special request. 

    This lathe adopts mechanical-electrical integration design with perfect flexbility used for turning various tyre mold, large disc part, ring part, etc.Besides, it can realize different machining processes like inner hole, outer circle, end face, conical surface, circular arc surface and threading. It is an ideal equipment for machining various tyre mold, large flat disc part, ring part.
